Assessment Center

When any recruiter wishes to impact business he/she needs to give highest importance to the quality of hiring. With resume being the most fake document on planet these days(!!), you (recruiters) are left with doing all that can help you get the best results. Tools that can be considered are Technical Tests for  technical skill checking, Panel Interviews, Behavioural Skill Testing by way of Psychometric Tests, BEI and similar. Also we have tools like 360 Degree Reference Check in line with 360 Degree Feedback which is again a much needed tool these days. Many of these are used while using Assessment Center.
